Why this exists

Photos do not show
what costs you money

A listing shows what the seller chose to show. These are the three things we are called about.

01 · REPAIRS

Accident damage, repainted

A repaired collision is invisible in photographs and often invisible in person. A paint gauge finds it in ninety seconds. Factory paint is roughly 100–160 µm; over 200 µm means the panel has been resprayed.

02 · MILEAGE

The odometer has been wound back

Service history and registry records rarely agree with a wound-back odometer. We check both against the car in front of us.

03 · DISTANCE

You are 2 000 km away

Once the car is on a truck, a dispute means arguing across a border in a language you may not speak. Before payment, you simply walk away.

How it works · 5 steps

From listing link to decision

Send us a link. We do the rest, and you decide at the end — not at the beginning.

01

Send the listing

Any European listing site — mobile.de, AutoScout24, Blocket, Marktplaats and others. We confirm the seller exists and the car is genuinely for sale.

02

We book the inspection

Our inspector travels to the car, wherever it is. You do not need to be there and you do not need to speak the language.

03

Measured, not estimated

Paint thickness panel by panel, tyre tread depth, fault codes, undercarriage, interior, documents. Every finding photographed and located on the car.

NUMBERS, NOT ADJECTIVES
04

You get the report and decide

Written report with photographs, usually within 24 hours of the inspection. If you walk away, you have spent €349 instead of €25 000.

WALKING AWAY IS A REAL OPTION
05

If you buy, we can handle the rest

Negotiation, payment, contract, export plates, insured transport and registration. Optional — many customers take the inspection only.

Pricing

Two services, no commission

Our fee does not depend on the price of the car. We take no commission from the sale, because that would give us a reason to want you to buy.

€499

Purchase service

Negotiation, payment handling, contract, export and registration paperwork, and transport arrangements. This buys an engagement, not one car — you pay it once and we keep looking until you have the right car.

+ €349

Inspection and report

Inspector travels to the car, measures and photographs it, and writes the report. Priced per car inspected — two cars means two inspections. Charged whether or not you go ahead: the value is in knowing.

€848

Engagement and one inspection

The car, taxes and freight are invoiced separately at cost.

If the report makes you walk away: your engagement continues with no second €499 fee — we look for the next car. Only the new inspection is its own €349, so walking away never costs you the whole service again.
The report

What the inspector actually does

Inspector measuring paint thickness on a car with a gauge
Paint thickness measured panel by panel. A repaired collision shows in the reading, not to the eye.
Paint thickness, panel by panelEvery panel measured in µm. Reveals repaired collision damage that is invisible to the eye.
Damage mapped and photographedScratches, dents, rust and stone chips, each located on the car.
Odometer verifiedCross-checked against service history and registry records.
History and backgroundPrevious owners, accident history, outstanding finance, theft records.
Mechanical inspectionEngine bay, undercarriage, tyres, fluids, leaks and fault codes.
Equipment verifiedWhether the car really has the specification the price is based on.

The inspector works for you. He earns nothing from the sale, so he has no reason to soften a finding.

Questions

What people ask us

What if I reject the car after the inspection?

We look for the next one. The €499 engagement fee is paid once and is not charged again — only the new inspection is its own €349. We take no commission on the purchase price, so it makes no difference to us which car you end up buying.

How long does it take?

Most inspections happen within two working days of booking, and the report follows within about 24 hours of the inspection. If a car is somewhere we cannot reach quickly, we tell you before you pay.

What if the seller refuses an inspection?

That is useful information in itself. An honest seller has nothing to lose from an independent inspection — a refusal is one of the clearest warning signs there is.

Do you inspect cars for sellers too?

Yes. A measured report makes a car easier to sell and harder to haggle down, because the buyer stops guessing. It is the same inspection either way.

Are you an escrow or payment institution?

No, and we do not claim to be. If you use the purchase service, you contract with a Finnish limited company with a registered business ID and address, under Finnish law. In a dispute you deal with a company in the EU rather than an unknown private seller abroad. We do not release payment to the seller until the car and papers have been confirmed.
